Rules and Regulations

• Students should come to school regularly in the appropriate uniform.
• All students will have to participate compulsorily in all curricular, co curricular and extracurricular activities. A request supported with a medical advice may be considered for granting relaxation from some physical training. Parents, Guardians and students will be bound by schools’ rules and regulations as amended from time to time.
• Parents, guardians and visitors are not allowed to meet the students or teachers in the classes except on the open days held on every second Saturday of the month.
• Parents and guardians must compulsorily attend PTMs on the Open Days. On other days meeting with Director/principal is permitted only on prior appointment. Withdrawal of your child from classes for mere social functions is not recommended because it retards the child’s progress in school and minimizes his/her respect for regular hard work, with consequent failure of progress in his/her studies.
  Early leaving requests by parents are not entertained. A child must be send to school only when he /she is physically fit for attending to school the full day.
• Repeated absence without leave for more than five consecutive working days renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off from the rolls. Readmission, if granted, will be done on payment of re-admission fee.
• For a continuous absence for more than three working days, a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner should be submitted.
• 90% of attendance is required for promotion to the next class.
